Front-End Web Developer

We are looking for an experienced front-end developer to join our Marketing Web Development team. In this highly collaborative role, you will help create and maintain a variety of web properties for Adjust.

You will work closely with a talented, diverse group of designers and content marketers to craft engaging, high-quality user experiences. As a member of a small dev team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of web and digital marketing projects.

You enjoy finding creative solutions to challenging problems. You strive to stay up to date on the latest techniques and tools for web development. Standards and best practices are important to you. You are open to experimenting with new ideas, and you love to share what you’ve learned with your teammates.

In this role you will also:

• Develop landing pages, forms, and micro-sites for a wide range of campaigns and promotions
• Create modern HTML email templates, and help refine them through A/B testing
• Work alongside the Web Design team to define and maintain style guides and design systems
• Support several third-party marketing tools, keeping them up to date and providing front-end expertise to the teams that rely on them
• Ensure web properties are accessible, compliant, and performance optimized
• Handle basic site administration and monitoring tasks

Key requirements:

• 3+ years experience in front-end web development
• Strong background creating modern, responsive HTML/CSS pages and templates
• A keen eye for detail; you are comfortable QA’ing your own work
• Experience developing with content management systems and marketing platforms (WordPress, Hubspot, Zendesk, Storyblok, Pardot)
• Experience with advanced JS frameworks/libraries (Vue.js/Nuxt, React, Angular)
• Comfortable creating and maintaining functions and templates written in PHP, Javascript, and other basic scripting languages
• Comfortable working with third-party APIs to build dynamic web content
• Comfortable using leading design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma) to export web-ready assets
• Able to work fluidly and flexibly with members of other teams, in a collaborative environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with SVG/CSS/JS animation techniques and libraries (Greensock, etc.)
• Experience with third-party web font systems (Monotype, etc.)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Familiarity with video/animation tools and optimization techniques
