We’re looking for a Front-End Engineer to join our LOC Engineering Team. This team manages the development and maintain of all applications and toolsets that allows the localization process to deliver video games in up to 20 languages. You will be a knowledgeable JS developer that can tackle design and programming problems.

What a Front-End developer (ReactJS) does at EA:

As a Front-End developer (ReactJS), your primary focus will be to work closely with engineers and the Product Owner to implement and maintain our react-based web applications, and ensure the best quality and design.

Translate requirements and prototypes into web components, focused on the layout and the backend output implemented by the engineers using Javascript (ReactJS) HTML and CSS.

You will also spend time understanding our technology and make the best use of it to deliver the toolset and infrastructure used to localize the game and extending and improving its functionality with reusability in mind.

The next great Front-End developer (ReactJS) also needs:

>4 years of professional experience working with Javascript and web technologies

>1 year of professional experience working with ReactJS

Experience working with Web tooling (NodeJS/NPM/Webpack…) is a plus

Experience with modern JavaScript/CSS/HTML coding, testing and automation techniques

Experience using layout frameworks like Semantic UI.

Ability to write clean code and reusable components.

Experience in Agile environments is a big plus (Scrum, XP)

Debugging skills and fluent in reading code.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Understand Content Management Systems.

Teamwork spirit.
