Job Description
Magic Leap is looking for a Front Desk Administrator who is responsible for the operational matters in our Sunnyvale office. You will shape the setup and culture of the office and closely work together with our headquarters in Florida.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, ensuring compliance with the ML Visitor Management System, including the execution of electronic Non-Disclosure Agreements.
- Screening visitors to determine the legitimacy of their business at Magic Leap.
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Responsible for handling deliveries, mail, packages, and international shipments
- Supports Safety, Human Resources, Recruitment and Security departments, initiatives, and emergency response.
- Provide light office and administrative support for the office and department leads
- Manage and coordinate meetings & events and corporate-wide events in coordination with HQ in the US.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Previous working experience as Front Desk Administrator or Administrative Assistant
- Fluency in English
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Friendly and with a positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to interact professionally within and outside the organization.
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
Education
- Degree in administration is preferred
