Fortnite Expert Writer Wanted ASAP

While some PUBG fans may disagree, Fortnite is the reason why the gaming community is obsessed with the battle royale online format, and rightfully so, as it's a blast. There are millions of active players out there who love nothing more than jumping out of the battle bus in search of a coveted Victory Royale, and we want to be a resource for players new and old. Fortnite Fanatics is a site that aims to offer content on all things Fortnite. So we need writers who live and breathe this game.

Please do not apply for this position unless you consider yourself a Fortnite expert and have a wealth of experience with various other Battle Royale games.

Content may include:

-- Fortnite Game Guides

-- Interviews with industry professionals

-- Listicles and Opinion based content

-- Tier Lists

-- New-season/chapter Reviews

--- Fortnite News and Speculation

What we're looking for:

• Someone who can write detailed guides, news and reviews around the topic of Fortnite.
• Someone who is an active member of the Fortnite community
• Someone who is an avid Fortnite player with hundreds of hours under their belt.
• Someone who knows a lot about other battle royale games too
• Someone who is obsessed with all aspects of Fortnite. Including streamers, Esports competitions, culture etc (Not someone who played the game when battle royale games were in their infancy. Then equally not someone that plays this game intermittently).
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to produce unique and eye-catching content (Not just Google Research and SEO tweaking)
• Must be able to demonstrate subject matter expertise before hire!
• Interviewing experience is a bonus

Our writers get to self-select topics on our internal platform. We pay writers 2x a month via PayPal for all approved articles.

Compensation will include:

• Rate per article written (if entirely written)
• May be opportunities to produce video content in the future
• Potential for product reviews with reimbursement
