Job Description
Within the Financial Planning (FP) department at Ubisoft International HQ, you will provide support for certain Ubisoft strategic decisions in your capacity as an FP Analyst. For this purpose, your main tasks will be as follows:
HQ Financial Planning:
Establish budgets, track costs and provide financial support to the following departments:
- Brand Portfolio Management: in charge of steering the strategy of the Ubisoft brands. This department comprises more than 120 people working from 6 sites: Paris, Montpellier, Montreal, San Francisco, Shanghai and Malmö.
- Ubisoft Data Office: in charge of the governance and structuring of Ubisoft data to catalyze the efficiency of our teams, our products and our processes for the benefit of our players. This department comprises more than 350 people working from around the world.
- Purpose: in charge of ensuring Ubisoft’s development in line with its values and with societal, social and environmental concerns. The department consists of the Strategic Innovation Lab (developer of blockchain projects), the Corporate Social Responsibility team, a Positive Gaming team (dedicated to the positive impacts of our video games), and a Transformation team; 70 people in all.
With the backing of your manager, you will act as the preferred partner of the directors of these departments, to whom you will provide your support on the strategic projects implemented.
Tools and processes:
- Help to improve existing management tools and processes with a view to providing managers with the means needed for straightforward financial control (e.g. dashboards) and informed decision-making (e.g. KPIs).
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will ideally have acquired proven professional experience within an auditing firm or in financial planning.

- Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
- You are proficient with Excel and eager to work with other tools. In this respect, initial experience with Hyperion and/or Business Object would be an advantage.
- Knowledge in the following areas would be appreciated: IFRS, taxation and internal auditing.
