Financial Planning Analyst, Publishing (M/W/NB)

Job Description
In the Financial Planning Publishing team, you will join a team of 4 people. As Financial Planning Analyst, your missions will be as follow :
· Collaborate with the Financial Analytics team in the building of digital and retail revenue / gross margin for financial forecasts on a dedicated portfolio of products.
- Coordinate the collection of forecast inputs (i.e. Price Plan, Promotions calendar, catalog forecast) and challenge assumptions when needed
· Develop historical benchmarks to support forecast process. Understand market dynamics, business trends, and competitive landscape to ensure forecast relevance.
· Participate in forecasts presentations to Top Management.
· Collaborate with Ubisoft subsidiaries to validate regional assumptions, understand local specificities and assess risks and opportunities at region level.
- Prepare a monthly reporting package that includes comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, analysis of key business trends, and actual versus forecast variance analysis encompassing proactive commentary on business performance.
- Continually enhance the quality, efficiency and scale of financial information produced, through financial models, process improvements, financial tools and automation
Qualifications
