Financial Planning Analyst - Mobile HQ (M/W/NB)
Your role:
As part of Financial Planning teams of Ubisoft Mobile HQ, you will support the Financial Planning Senior Manager to establish an accurate and reliable view of the gross margin of the Mobile business.
This means being responsible for the recognition of the monthly income for the Mobile activity and the monitoring of royalties intended for external developers.
Your missions:
- Be a referent for monthly revenues (In-app and in-add) generated on all stores
- Work with accounting teams to ensure the reliability of the data recorded in the reporting tools
- Bring a bottom-up view on communication to top management and be a real business partner for tracking monthly revenue on deals
- Responsible for calculating monthly royalties for external developers (Ketchapp and Green Panda Games)
- Produce relevant analyses to assist the decision-making of top management
- You are in charge of creating and improving existing tools and processes, ensuring that they are deployed and understood by users in order to make data more reliable
Qualifications
What you need to succeed in this role:
- You have a first strong experience (excluded internships and alternance) on a similar scope (management control, accounting etc.), ideally in a structure with international dimensions and challenges
- You like Excel and have extensive knowledge (formulas developed, macro creation etc.)
- You have already been asked to present analyses to top management
- You are fluent in English
- You are autonomous and organized: you are used to managing your priorities and time with specific deadlines
- You are extremely rigorous: your analyses and data are regularly reported to International Headquarters to be challenged and consolidated.
- You have good analytical and synthesis skills.
