Financial Planning Analyst (M/W/NB)
The role:
At Ubisoft Production HQ, you monitor the budget of the studios for which you will be responsible. As such, you are the business partner of the studio management controllers in the context of budget increases. You report to the Director of the Financial Planning Studios and present your analysis to the Head Office Management as well as the Studio Management you follow.
Missions:
- You take part in the budget review and cash flow forecast process: analysis, challenge of budgets and implementation, organization of budget review meetings with the Studio and Head Office Management;
- You are in charge of the proper monitoring of performance indicators and validate studio reporting in compliance with the processes established within the group;
- You establish rules, propose appropriate analyses in order to optimize the budget planning processes, in conjunction with the other departments (Financial Planning Project, Administrative Department, Finance Department, etc.);
- You are in charge of the creation and improvement of existing tools and processes, ensure their deployment and understanding in the studios in order to increase the reliability of the data.
- You are the relay at the HQ of the local management controllers;
- You submit studies/analyses based on management needs and requests.
- You offer dashboard and KPIs according to needs identified by management such as studios
Qualifications
- Graduated from a business school, finance or audit, you have experience in audit, management control or similar;
- You are recognized for your thoroughness, reliability, analytical ability and initiative;
- You are distinguished by your interpersonal skills, your ability to convince and adapt to your interlocutors;
- Knowledge and attractiveness of computer tools (multi-dimensional databases, Excel, Hyperion/HFM, etc.) is required;
- Fluent English is essential for this international role.
