Financial Controller (m/f/d)

This role provides support in our internal Controlling Department. The Controller is responsible for analyzing the organization's financial position with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation and coordination of the annual budget process
• Cooperation in monthly-, quarterly- and annual closing
• Supporting establishment of business cases
• Preparation of regular P&L and Cash forecasts
• Creation of ad-hoc analysis
• Preparation of presentations for management
• Support accounting in questions relating to cost and activity accounting

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in business administration with a focus on controlling
• 5+ years' of experience in Controlling or advisory role
• Expert knowledge about accounting matters
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office (esp. Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP (FI/CO/MM/BW)
• Experience in Management Reporting
• Strong analytical skills and numerical affinity
• Precise, quick and proactive working methods when under pressure
• Strong project management skills, being able to coordinate with internal departments and external service providers
• Hands-on problem-solving mentality
• Excellent, friendly communicator with a high service attitude
• High degree of self-initiative, communication and organizational strength, assertiveness and solution orientation as well as team ability
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German
