Financial Analyst

You are a self-motivated individual with instinctive problem-solving capabilities, curiosity, and a positive mindset. At the same time, you are hands-on where necessary and exhibit an incredible work ethic. Most notably, you are a collaborative team player with strong communication skills who provides valuable analytical insights alongside strategic financial support.

In this role, you will contribute by:

• Assisting in annual planning and monthly forecasting process in partnership with stakeholders across the business
• Assisting in the preparation and review of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow forecast.
• Analyzing financial results against targets and providing commentary and meaningful insights on trends in the business
• Identifying and communicating risks and opportunities in forecast to relevant stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement of the forecasting and planning process
• Supporting the transition from Anaplan to Adaptive Planning CPM.
• Supporting ad-hoc projects related to process improvements, workflow and M&A.

Your background includes:

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfort manipulating and analyzing large sets of data
• Ability to partner cross-functionally, through strong relationship building, influencing, negotiating and communication skills, with all levels of management

It will be a plus if you have:

• 1-2 years of experience in FP&A
• Experience with Anaplan, Adaptive Planning or similar cloud-based financial planning/reporting tool
