Financial Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning and analysis activities, helping us achieve our strategic objectives. You will create and maintain financial models, analyze data, prepare accurate reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and operational goals. In this role we will look to you to:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support the decision-making processes.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide useful insights to improve business performance and optimize budget allocation.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to Senior Management and partners, including variance analysis.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Assist in preparing business cases, investment proposals, and financial presentations for internal and external team members.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to address business questions and support decision-making processes.
• Contribute to operational improvement initiatives, find opportunities for automation, and implement standard methodologies within the finance function.

WHO YOU ARE

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel (including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas) and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain sophisticated financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
• SAP experience is a plus.
