The Financial Analyst – Supply Chain Finance is responsible for achieving Aristocrat’s objectives by supporting the Global Supply Chain team and providing financial, analytical and decision support for the company’s global manufacturing sites and technical services teams.Pay Range
$63,668-$118,241What you'll do
The key outcomes for this position are to:
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations leadership to provide strategic and tactical business support that guides and influences key decision makers in the achievement of business objectives
- Collaborate with the broader Finance organization to build robust analytical models, tools, processes, and provide superior service to business partners/internal clients: Including line of business dashboards, KPI tracking, and expense management
- Support the annual budget cycle, long-term strategic planning activities and quarterly forecast process for Global Supply Chain and Technical Services
- Manage through various ad-hoc reporting deliverables across multiple lines of business
- Partner with the leadership team to deliver valuable business insights, improvement ideas and assist with project execution
- Drive management reporting and data analytics that deliver insights to key business partners on financial performance
- Partner with Accounting to ensure an accurate and timely month-end close process
- Internally, the role must work collaboratively with finance segment leads, corporate finance, manufacturing, technical services, shared services, and accounting.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA or CPA preferred, but not required
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial planning tools (e.g. Anaplan, TM1, PowerBI)
- Business and industry acumen (Supply Chain experience preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to team development and continuous improvement
- Ability to effectively collaborate with and influence senior executives
- Track record of process improvement initiatives
- Ability to see the big picture but able to dive into the details when required
