Finance and Purchase Order Coordinator (1yr Contract)

Activision Blizzard has an immediate opening for a Finance & Purchase Order Coordinator in Taipei, Taiwan supporting the Sydney, Singapore and Taiwan regional teams. This position will assist with the creation of PO Requests from Contract Requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage PO creation process from approval to execution
• Manage communications between employees and legal team
• Making sure PO Requests are approved in a timely manner
• Manage getting executive approvals when needed
• Invite vendors to register in supplier portal
• Trouble shoot Procurement System Issues and put in help desk tickets
• Translation of key documentation from Chinese to English, or vice versa, where required
• Manage and maintain a dedicated email inbox
• Manage and maintain emails in shared email boxes
• Back-up and maintain PO Matrix updates
• Monitor Legal Routing Request into Procurement System
• Help employees with Procurement System, training, etc.
• Support tasks related to SG facility and office administrative tasks for SG team as needed
• Other duties may be required and assigned

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a data entry role
• English and Chinese Language Proficiency
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities
• Able to act with discretion when handling confidential matters
• Demonstrated passion for games and entertainment
• Experience with Oracle systems a plus
