Activision Blizzard has an immediate opening for a Finance & Purchase Order Coordinator in Seoul, Korea supporting the Korea and Japan regional teams (and occasionally other APAC regions). This position will assist with the creation of PO Requests from Contract Requests.
Responsibilities
- Manage PO creation process from approval to execution
- Manage communications between employees and legal team
- Making sure PO Requests are approved in a timely manner
- Manage getting executive approvals when needed
- Invite vendors to register in supplier portal
- Trouble shoot Procurement System Issues and put in help desk tickets
- Manage and maintain a dedicated email inbox
- Manage and maintain emails in shared email boxes
- Back-up and maintain PO Matrix updates
- Monitor Legal Routing Request into Procurement System
- Help employees with Procurement System, training, etc.
- Translation of key documentation to English or local script, where required
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a data entry role
- English and Korean Language Proficiency (Japanese proficiency also preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Able to act with discretion when handling confidential matters
- Demonstrated passion for games and entertainment a plus
- Experience with Oracle systems a plus
