Finance Systems Intern

The opportunity

Unity Technologies is looking for a Finance Systems Intern to join our Enterprise Finance Team. You will help support our daily global operations, working alongside functional analysts and systems administrators. Your focus will be general maintenance of the system, solving issues, and helping our analysts with improvements and projects

What you’ll be doing

• Review and document the processes and data involved in building revenue models with our FP&A analysts. This work will lead to the automation build of this work and supplement the manual entry models
• Perform close and planning processes, as directed, to support automation or handoff of operational activities to supporting teams
• Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches to processes and tools you’re using.
• Frequently discuss and communicate lessons learned as you develop an understanding of Workday best practices.
• Perform research on problems, identify the true cause, and present/implement corrective measures. Seek opinions and feedback on alternative solutions from team members to solve needs.

What we’re looking for

• Students currently enrolled in university or college and pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or similar - must understand and be able to read/talk to common financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Students completing the second to last year of study or in the penultimate year
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues in a global working environment.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with little supervision. Ability to effectively manage against timelines, deadlines, and goals.
• Capable of working within remote/global teams and alongside business partners, as well as on individual tasks with supervision.

Additional information

Gross Pay (USD): $25.50 - $33.50*

*Note: Certain locations require a good faith disclosure of the base pay for the role. The actual base pay for the successful candidate may differ based on location and level.
