Finance Manager for Singapore and Hong Kong

Job Description

We are currently looking for an Finance Manager. He/She will be responsible for all financial matters (local accounting, IFRS accounting, cash flows, budget taxes…) of Gameloft entities in Singapore and Hong-Kong (including 4 representative offices), reporting to the Regional Finance Manager for North-Asia

Scope: Headcounts: 27 ppl and Revenue in S1 2019: 2.5m€

Main Responsibilities

I. Finance, Accounting and Controlling:

- Coordinate with external accountants and ensure accuracy of the financial accounts and that deadlines are met

- Handle relations with banks, auditors

- Support the Gameloft ERP Workday Core Team for the implementation of the ERP in the region in 2019 onwards

- Build, analyze local budgets with operational teams and being a business partner with the stakeholder departments

- Work closely with business team in order to raise the invoices to partner, follow up on the collection part and improve the DSO for the region especially with Pakistan, Bangladesh, and ensure a smooth communication between HQ accounting and business team for Sri Lanka

- Lead optimization activities when required

II. Management:

- Supervise 3 admin staff

- Expect 1 or 2 business trips per year to the other offices: Hong-Kong, Thailand, India

Qualifications

- Diploma: Business/management school/university with a major in corporate finance

- 5 years within an international company as a financial controller and/or financial auditor

- Good understanding and knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS gaaps and local gaaps) and practices

- Knowledge of auditing practices and principles

- Excellent English or French (speaking and writing) is mandatory

- Good organizational skills and ability to handle ad-hoc issues;

- Ability to take initiatives and self-motivated;
