Finance ManagerSummary
The position is responsible for helping to achieve Aristocrat’s objectives for the Americas business unit by providing commercial finance and analytical decision support for the Class III Gaming Operations business within North America.What you'll do
The role is both strategic and operational where the key outcomes are to:
- Lead month-end close processes, quarterly forecast, annual planning, and long-range strategic planning activities
- Identify and drive profit/process improvement opportunities related to business operations, data analysis, pricing models and product-launch strategies
- Work directly with senior leadership team to develop, deploy, and execute Class III Gaming Operations business strategy (ability to understand strategic drivers of business is key)
- Manage design of robust analytical models, tools and processes and provide superior service to business partners/internal clients
- Lead review of existing processes and provide recommendations on process improvement opportunities, including automation and use of 3rd party BI tools
- Perform financial modeling and analysis for potential M&A and new market opportunities, present findings, and recommendations to senior leadership team
Internally, the role must work collaboratively with finance segment leads, accounting, IT, sales/sales support, and center of excellence

- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders effectively while driving results
- Track record of process improvement initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with investment analysis and modeling of business cases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA or CPA preferred, but not required
- 5+ years of experience in similar positions
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other tools (e.g. Anaplan, TM1, Power BI, Tableau)
- Business and industry acumen
