About the Role

Twitch seeks a Finance Manager for its Corporate FP&A team, reporting to the Director of Corp FP&A. This role is an exciting opportunity to help manage the global growth of Twitch, with an emphasis on driving core financial planning cycles (Annual Operating Plans, Quarterly Forecasts, Long Range Plans, etc), and providing business insights and financial guidance to senior Finance leadership. You will work closely with partners including Finance, Accounting, and Amazon Corp teams to address challenges that directly impact Twitch's financial metrics. You will manage the consolidation and reporting functions during close, planning, and reporting cycles. The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

This individual contributor role, based in San Francisco, will produce analysis and recommendations that influence decisions by our executive team, CFO, and all levels of finance leadership. You Will:

• Drive annual planning process, quarterly forecasts, and provide financial insights for quarterly business reviews with leadership
• Analyze and interpret financial results (e.g. monthly close) and forecasts, provide business insights and financial guidance to senior Finance leadership
• Partner with Amazon Corp and business Finance teams to ensure forecasts incorporate a cross-functional , holistic view and to drive continuous improvement in financial and operational performance
• Lead ad-hoc financial analysis and analytical modeling that support high-priority projects and investment decisions
• Write scoping documents and partner with systems developers on projects aimed at delivering new features and process improvements in reporting, forecasting and operating models

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business major
• 6+ years of experience , including a minimum of 2 years experience in a Corporate FP&A role
• Experience operating successfully in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment , and have the ability to influence through effective verbal and written communication and the presentation of alternatives
• Excel modeling (can perform complex functions) , data analysis, and experience using enterprise planning systems (e.g. Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion or SAP) for variance analysis, forecasting, and reporting
• Independent and entrepreneurial , able to work with light direction

Bonus Points

• Master's degree in Business Administration ( MBA ).
• Experience with Tableau and SQL
• Experience with Finance Systems implementation (TM1, OFA, SAP, Anaplan or Adaptive )
• Previous start-up experience
