We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our team for 12 months. This is an extremely varied role that requires excellent multitasking skills in order to ensure the finance operation runs smoothly and meets reporting deadlines. The ideal applicant will be a solid all-rounder, who is professionally qualified and has previous experience as a finance manager. You will be a conscientious worker and a great team player, who is confident working with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Reporting into our Financial Director you will have the following duties:
- Preparation of month end group management accounts;
- Overseeing the end-to-end finance operation;
- Take full ownership of all financial data from source;
- Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues;
- Timely and accurate sign off of monthly payroll;
- Assist with ad hoc year end work including audit queries;
- Month end procedures and reconciliations.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Professional qualification (ACCA or ACA preferred)
- Must have substantive experience in the field of finance
- Experience liaising with external auditors
- Good attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills

Important:
The interview process for the Finance Manager role is made up of 2 stages:
- First interview (45 minutes) – An informal chat to discuss your experience and working history relating to the position with our Financial Controller and Finance Director. In return, we will provide a full overview of the role, life at the studio as well as answer any questions you may have.
- Final interview (45 minutes) – A final Interview in our office with our Financial Controller and Finance Director.
