About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Finance Manager to join the Twitch Financial Planning & Analysis team, reporting to the Director of G&A, Product & Platform Finance. As part of this team, you will work with multiple partners including Finance, Accounting, Amazon Corp teams, and multiple teams within Twitch. Your primary responsibilities will include driving the budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and delivering accurate reporting. You will be a strategic partner and work collaboratively to create new processes, enhance existing reports, and work on automation to further scale our business.

You Will:

• Ensure accurate reporting on monthly/quarterly management dashboards; monitor expenditures versus forecasts and budgets; review financial results, understand variances to plan
• Develop financial insights to guide the company to meet its monthly, quarterly and annual targets, and strategic goals
• Ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to help inform strategy for executives
• Monitor current performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• You will support new processes and improve the efficiency of the existing processes to support our growth
• Evaluate and refine tools to ensure they are efficient, high-quality, and scalable

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or similar major
• 3+ years in finance/accounting experience
• Superb Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) modeling and data analytics skills
• Highest standards of accuracy and fidelity
• Experience using Finance Systems (TM1, Netsuite, Oracle Hyperion, SAP, & Tableau)
