Finance Analyst (Internal Bonus System)

We are looking for Financial Analyst that will be a part of the team who are responsible for the internal bonus system improvement and support for Xsolla Global Offices

CORE JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Financial impact estimation of projects and team performances
• Active communication with related departments
• Information support of other departments on issues of the subject area
• Maintenance and balancing of the existing internal bonus system of the company
• Methodological system improvement and alignment with business goals
• Working in a team and contributing to team success

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher economic/mathematical education
• At least 1 year experience as a financial or business analyst
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Financial literacy: knowledge of financial performance indicators of companies and their interconnection
• Being an expert in Excel/Google Sheets,English level Intermediate and above
• Ability to analyze and structure information, developed critical thinking
• Ability to build communication and deliver information

COMPETITIVES ADVANTAGES
