As a Field Service Technician you will be responsible for providing a full range of technical support to Aristocrat customers including on-site installations, repairs and maintenance of our gaming machines.
You will diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
What you'll do:
Customer & Technical Service
- Ability to manage day to day activities, including scheduled tasks, preventative maintenance and break fix calls
- Performing equipment upgrades, modifications and game changes to gaming equipment at customer sites
- Installation and removal of all gaming equipment
- Investigating and resolving problems including complex system faults and performing repair work as required
- Performing with respect to our contracted assignment and customer expectations
Reporting requirements
- Ensuring we capture all activities as per Aristocrats requirements
- Responsible to ensure all parts are recorded and returned
- Ensuring the use of Aristocrats reporting tools - Salesforce & FSL, to be updated as required
- Delivering and reporting with respect to requests from other departments within Aristocrat
What We're Looking For
You are a trustworthy, self-starting logical thinker, looking to work as part of a close knit high performing team. You are coachable, a quick learner and are an absolute people person.
- Excellent problem solving and fault diagnostic skills
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Enjoy interacting with customers with the ability to build great relations
- The ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team
- Have a practical mindset and be able to think on your feet
- An interest in Gaming machines would be an advantage
- Enjoy the challenge of fault finding to quickly diagnose and rectify at pace
- Ability to obtain and hold all relevant licenses
