Summary

Working in a remote/hybrid role at our Tulsa Integration Center and under the general supervision of the Field Engineering Manager, the Field Engineering Project Coordinator schedules upcoming Field Engineer jobs based on availability of internal and external resources. Coordinates multiple jobs to be executed together when appropriate. Coordinates and partners with other groups (Deployment Project Manager, Sales Support, Sales, Field Service, Aristocrat Service Center, Production, and Compliance). Assists with Project Analyst support of the Field Engineering Team as duties overlap and time allows. Ability to assist with and take on non-technical administrative, scheduling, meeting planning/coordination, travel coordination/planning, forms/work order assistance. The Field Engineering Project Coordinator will perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range

$47,103-$87,478

What you'll do

• Create and maintain schedules, plans, and records for deployment activities.
• Verify the availability of internal and external resources for upcoming jobs.
• Ensure the scheduling and planning strategy is executed with accuracy and aligns with business rules.
• Generate, analyze, and audit reports on a planned basis.
• Act as point of contact for team.
• Create, cancel, and reschedule jobs as needed.
• Keep stakeholders/leadership informed of scheduling timelines and deadlines.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams and customer.
• Execute project plans to completion within time and budget constraints.
• Create after-action reports for installations to capture lessons learned for future projects.
• Support Engineering communications with casinos.
• Manage all software installs/upgrades at casinos utilizing the Customer Requirements process.
• Demonstrate knowledge of industry.
• Create after-action reports for installations to capture lessons learned for future projects.
• Participate and audit existing installations for compliance with standards and specifications.
• Ability to work independently on customer facing tasks in a fast-changing technological environment.
• Being aware of ongoing tribal changes, upgrades and modifications and reporting to all appropriate Aristocrat departments.
• Consistent interactions with Aristocrat compliance managers and tribal gaming regulators to ensure compliance of all tribal requirements.

What we're looking for

• College Associates Degree in IT or Technical School Certification or demonstrated equivalent experience required .
• 1-2 year’s experience in technical position preferred.

• Understanding of Windows client-server architecture, including networking.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
• Working knowledge of scheduling software and planning tools.

• Solid understanding of project management tools.
• Strong work ethic, flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing work environments, with a continuous focus on process improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
• Best practices approach to task design and execution.
• Competent interpersonal, oral, and written communication & presentation skills.
• Must have well developed negotiation, presentation, and conflict management skills.
