Summary:
The Sr. Field Marketing Manager will help craft and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that support our expanding school-based (mastery product) portfolio, including My Math Academy and My Reading Academy. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Sr. Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for detail-oriented awareness, strategic vision, project management, and execution of sales and customer success marketing campaigns for that promote retention and growth initiatives in key states.
Responsibilites:
- Works with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams to develop strategies/campaigns that promote retention and growth initiatives.
- Develops, produces, updates, and organizes educational communication materials, and Customer Success marketing initiatives
- Works with marketing team to design metrics and processes for reporting on Sales and Customer Success marketing activities, programs, and campaigns to measure success/return on investment (ROI)
- Coordinate with and manage outside vendor relationships as needed
- Assist with a variety of day-to-day Sales and Customer Success activities as needs arise.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, some travel will be required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or related field, or combination of experience
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, Customer Success, or sales, preferably within the ed tech space
- Ability to effectively build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Display a strong marketing sense, with proven ability to deliver high-quality, engaging, and impactful marketing campaigns that drive business outcomes
- Has a deep knowledge of the buyer’s journey and sales cycle
- Understands the digital marketing ecosystem in driving performance
- Understands of how to plan, create, and execute nurture campaigns through email marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Churn Zero)
- Broad understanding of SEO and digital media, social channels and content, and familiarity with graphics, illustration, video, blog and website production, and tools
- Demonstrated record of successfully executing high-quality projects with independence and confidence
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple deadlines, and coordinate support across multiple departments
- Exceptional communication, prioritization, and time management skills
- Strategic, metrics-driven mindset and a demonstrated commitment to driving results
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong verbal and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Able to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Smartsheet, Adobe Acrobat, Mircosoft Office Suite proficient
- Salesforce and HubSpot experience
- HTML Coding skills is a plus
- Travel is required 20% of the time
