What the Fan Experience Producer will do at BioWare:

Who You Are: You love games and the community around them. You also have project management skills that make the common person envious of your attention to detail and patience. You will work with our studio teams and some of the most creative partners in the world to Shepard our entertainment projects through production. You enjoy the challenge of working with people all over the work and in different disciplines and can focus them all on completing their milestones.

Responsibilities:

  • Project management of the studio entertainment and publishing projects. Including, comics, short stories, novels, and other linear entertainment.
  • Work with external partners and key studio stakeholders to create unique project plans and manage studio approvals
  • Compile and edit feedback from game teams to provide to partner creative talent.
  • Work with the creative leaders on the game team to establish backup documentation on storylines.
  • Research emergent trends in entertainment consumption and observing our competitors for novel forms of content and techniques.
  • Support our social media channels

Qualifications:

  • Current knowledge of gaming culture, the gaming market, and the greatest players in the galaxy - our fans. This includes a good knowledge of the BioWare portfolio, you should understand why Solas is a jerk, why it had to be Mordin, and which Turian cooked you a burnt steak.
  • 3-5 years of experience with public communications through social media outlets and Solid understanding of major social media platforms and the kind of content that works best for each
  • Ability to work closely with a large team through all phases of the product development process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results orientated with strong documentation skills
