We are looking for someone like you to become our all-new Facilities & Lettings Assistant and join our passionate and talented Facilities team, where we are building on the years of success that Rebellion has enjoyed.

Facilities & Lettings Assistant role:

The Facilities and Lettings Assistant is a new role dedicated to dealing with facilities and lettings issues within buildings and providing general administration support. You will meet and greet all visitors and ensure health and safety compliance. As part of the Facilities team, you will also play a key role in maintaining the security of premises.

This role would suit someone with previous facilities experience and a lettings background. Please note; this is an ONSITE role.

The Rebellion Facilities team provide efficient administration support to the business and in ensuring that all buildings and facilities are maintained to enable staff and visitors to work safely and effectively.

Key Outcomes:

• General facilities management
• Building security
• Health & safety
• Manage lettings and point of contact for all tenants
• Manage lettings and point of contact for all tenants
• Maintenance and emergency situations
• Utilities contracts

Responsibilities

Domestic properties:

General:

• Providing general administration support
• Meet and greet all visitors
• Checking and re-ordering of general office supplies
• Dealing with facilities and maintenance issues within buildings
• Maintaining security systems
• Health and Safety compliance including monitoring, documenting and training requirements.
• Risk assessments – office, fire, working at height, young workers, lone workers, hearing and CV19

• Building inspections

Requirements

• Previous experience in domestic properties lettings
• Administration experience in a similar environment
• Used to dealing with multiple priorities at any time
• Knowledge of facilities management
• Understanding of health & safety measures & precautions
