Rockstar India is on the lookout for talented Facilities Manager who possess a passion for Facilities. This is a full-time permanent position based out of Rockstar’s unique game development studio in Bangalore, India.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively maintain a safe, comfortable, and secure environment for staff.
- Management of all reporting team members, with an emphasis on ensuring all of the work priorities support and align with Rockstar’s goals.
- Ensuring the facilities and studio operation meets all statutory compliance and Health and Safety legislation, at all times.
- Ensure the studio operation is uninterrupted, and there is resiliency in building services.
- Serve as main point of contact between the building/park owner and Rockstar India, to maintain the relationship and ensure any building-related issues have minimal impact on studio operations.
- Set and maintain budgets while reporting to key stakeholders within the organisation.
- Overall responsibility and monitoring for all facilities related third party suppliers, teams, and contractors, to ensure services are carried out to Rockstar satisfaction and as per SLA.
- Overall responsibility for the operation of the Building Management Systems, such as access control, CCTV, energy management systems, etc.
- Periodically review existing contracts, to ensuring best value for money from all key suppliers and service providers. Establish and monitor KPI for all third-party contractors (Cleaning, Security, Catering, etc.).
- Manage contractor relationships and projects such as external/internal fabric repairs, all electrical and mechanical issues, etc.
- Facilities and Property related procurement and asset management.
- Responsible for the studio’s NDA management and reporting.
- Update and implement Planned Preventative Maintenance programs for the building services.
- Travel management for the Employees includes - Air ticketing, Visa, Insurance, Currencies, Telecom / Shifts transports, Ops planning MIS planning, Quality management. Audits on Travel/Transport management.
- Hotel & Event Management- Guest Stay/Room/Events/Social events other arrangements.
- Prepare Logistics/ Transport MIS reports on monthly basis.
- Corporate Telecom and Data card management.
- Ensure seamless conduct of VIP and client visits.
- End-to-end logistics support including conveyance, employee engagement activities/events, and issuing of access control/ID cards.
- Responsibility of facilities specific accounts payable tasks, such as operating petty cash, and clearing vendor bills on time.
- Handling imports and dealing with Customs/CHA for clearing goods. Proficiency in fleet optimization and shipment timelines.
- Facilitate the space management of the studio, and plan internal moves as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant degree, diploma or other formal education relevant to the role, or trade qualified in a relevant electrical/mechanical or similar related field.
- 5+ year’s Operational Facilities Management experience in a well-rounded position.
- A thorough practical understanding of both Hard and Soft Service Facilities Management.
SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team or individually as required.
- Excellent documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with taking strategic projects from planning through to completion while simultaneously prioritizing operational support issues.
- Ability to handle high pressure situations.
- Ability to sometimes work flexible hours.
