Global Workplace Project Coordinator -Temporary Assignment

The position seeks a highly organized individual to assist with multiple projects and/or tasks to ensure that all projects meet company standards, align with Blizzard’s culture and timelines without losing focus. T he Project Coordinator works under the direction of the Project Manager for administration, coordination and implementation of projects and various assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in various Facility related projects including but not limited to new, restack and/or improvement projects. Includes crossover projects with Facility Operations, R&M and Moves, Adds and changes.
• Coordinates and implements internal office moves; Ability to work after hours /weekends required for on-site implementation.
• Obtain quotes from vendors and suppliers.
• Administer contracts, close out packages and coordinate 3rd party contractors and vendors
• Participate in various project meetings to assist with maintaining records of all project dates and deliverables.
• Direct liaison with facility operations team to ensure consistent, timely and high-quality support.
• Other similar and/or related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with a good understanding of facility management and operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused with strong relationship building skills.
• Some experience with project management.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Ability to take direction at all phases of assignments.
• Must be able to effectively coordinate with department heads.

Daily Task example

• On-site field coordination with various vendors
• Develop move schedules & tasks, conduct move planning meetings and provide onsite coordination and implementation for internal moves.
• Follow up with various 3rd party consultants, vendors and contractors.
• Coordinate and hold walk throughs and field verifications.
• Coordinate internal resources & partnering departments (IT, Security, Janitorial) along with 3rd party vendors.
• Post move support and tracking close out projects
