Facilities CoordinatorSummary
Responsible for coordinating all administrative aspects of the Security and Facilities department to include, scheduling vendors for quotes, process invoices, create purchase orders, order supplies and parts, and assist with space planning.What You'll Do
Job Requirements (What you’ll do)
- Being the first point of contact, serve as the expert company resource and liaison for all employee and department moves and space plans
- Monitor service requests from all facilities, coordinating engineer response
- Maintain preferred vendor lists for all US Facilities
- Support and coordinate facilities’ team vendor management, invoice management, event planning/execution and project management as requested
- Maintain license and permit list
- Process receipts and invoices
- Process HRSS & Workday requests for new facilities and contract security team members
- Performs related duties as required
What We're Looking For
Qualifications (What we’re looking for)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills including the ability to work effectively with vendors, valued stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook)
- Knowledge of CAD/Adobe preferred
- Must be detail-oriented, flexible, adaptable, and excellent in planning and organizing
- Wide ranging skills in such areas as planning, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and administration
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
