Your Mission
As a Facilities Coordinator you will be responsible for providing general facility support and assistance to our staff. This includes continuous monitoring of facility appearance and operations. The right candidate must be driven to provide excellence in service and support of all staff and visitors by taking on duties with a sense of ownership, accountability, confidentiality, and integrity and step in to help whenever and wherever necessary.
Your day-to-day priorities will be managing various inventories across the studio (e.g. snacks, drinks, office supplies, etc.) by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies. You’ll be working closely with vendors on building improvement/maintenance projects and manage facility requests & repairs (HVAC, power, plumbing, janitorial, appliances, installation of furniture/equipment) so you will need to be comfortable with common tools. Our team is at the heart of the studio and involved in many of its day-to-day activities and exciting events. Over the course of the year, this position will be responsible for preparing for catered meal deliveries, setting up holiday decorations, and even popcorn at times.
