Job Description
The Role
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role is accountable for all Finance day-to-day deliverables, covering the full P&L for Technicolor Games.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive finance business partner to President of Games and senior leadership team, enabling clear decision making aligned to business strategy
- Clear and action orientated financial reporting of actuals on a monthly basis, including presenting the results to the CEO in monthly MBR meetings
- Production and reporting of Games reforecast, budget and long-term financial planning covering total P&L and FCF
- Production of and reporting on business cases to support execution of strategic initiatives
- Weekly cash forecast reporting on any overdues and managing actions for collection
- Review of weekly sales pipeline and backlog, identifying any risks and opportunities
- Ad-hoc financial analysis for key business and financial stakeholders including business leaders across Games, Corporate and TCS Finance teams
Qualifications
Skills and experience
Essential:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- At least three years of FP&A and business partner experience with a demonstrated track record of success in supporting the business to deliver growth
- Financial and commercial acumen when undertaking financial reviews and assessments; applying judgement and providing direction on outcomes
- High level of analytical skills, ability to identify trends and influence business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build effective relationships with business partners
Desirable:
- SAP BW and Magnitude experience
- Experience in Games Industry
