FP&A Analyst

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst in a context of growing the FP&A department. You will be part of a small and high performing team, and will have the opportunity to grow your skills.

- Extract truthful insights from data to support the FP&A Team on data analytics and KPI production;

- Assist the team with ad-hoc reports, data analysis, presentation and projects;

- Analyse monthly operational performance through a data driven point of view;

- Design and produce analytical dashboards for operational teams on order to become a strong business partner for them;

- Prepare data on margin monitoring by product/ operating segments, operating expenses and investments in monthly closings, and analyze actual variances, budgets and reforecast;

- Produce monthly reports for Group executives and shareholders;

- Participate in the development of the annual budget and monthly reforecasts;

- Actively participate in the improvement of monitoring and reporting tools, in order to automate and streamline routine work and existing processes, and support the growth of the company.

- Analytical skills (comfortable with large sets of data, rigorous in methodology, Excel, etc), and business oriented,

- Very efficient modeling capacities of the startup financial environment,

- Good communication skills (build performance review dynamic),

- Rigorous and organized: we need a challenging business partner to sit down and review business performance with teams,

- Master Degree from top Business School, or Engineering diploma,

- First experience (5 years minimum) in the Transaction Services department of an audit firm and/or in a company in similar functions,

- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
