Expert Systems Designer

You’ll help us by …

• Writing both Detailed and High Level documentation, defining the foundations of Systems used in the game.

• Designing , documenting and work ing with other Designers and Engineers to deliver the Systemic backend of the game

• Being responsible for Balancing , designing and delivering the best player experience on the market

• Clearly communicating complex ideas to our diverse development team

• Implementing intermediate systems using object-oriented scripting languages

You ’re awesome because you have …

• At least 6 years of professional game industry experience

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming

• Multiple shipped AAA games

• High understanding of complex math

• The ability to look at the big picture

• The a bility to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team

• C reativity in problem solving and a positive, respectful team-first attitude

• Organization methods and the capability to meet deadlines

• Comfort with s elf-critiqu e and accept ing outside feedback

• A habit of r egularly p lay ing and understand ing modern video games

• Experience working with various development engines

• Advanced communication skills

• Enjoy ment of playing a variety of video game genres and titles
