Creative Assembly are looking for a QA Manger to join our Total War team based at our studio in Horsham, in the heart of West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team and have an impact on a wide range of projects within the studio.

In this exciting role, the successful candidate will build up to cover a range of TW projects including DLC and services. Bringing in prior knowledge and experience, this role will be both process and people orientated.

Key Responsibilities

As QA Manager, you will be closely supporting the TW development team, and be responsible for leading all QA aspects of a TW project throughout its lifecycle, from early development through to post release support. This will include defining the specific team needs and required roles and directly overseeing the leadership and development of QA staff on the project.
