Experience Designer - College Football (6 month contract)

You will support College Football within EA Sports. EA SPORTS is one of the leading sports entertainment brands in the world, with top-selling videogame franchises, award-winning interactive technology, fan programs, and cross-platform digital experiences. EA SPORTS creates connected experiences that ignite the emotion of sports through industry-leading sports video games.
As a Experience Designer, you will work collaboratively with the Experience Design Director, UX designers, artists, and engineers in diverse feature teams. You will use your creativity, passion, and knowledge of visual design to develop engaging and leading-edge visual design content, solve complex problems, and build amazing experiences for our players.
Your Responsibilities
- You will help establish the visual language of the UI. This includes iconography, typography, visual hierarchy, brand expression, and motion that align with the game's art style.
- You will contribute to developing the UI design system to help ensure that players can enjoy a consistent and immersive gaming experience while navigating the game's interface.
- You will help define the visual tone of the UI and ensure alignment with the overall art direction of the product.
- You will deliver high-fidelity game ready UI screens and components that align with the product's experience goals, usability/accessibility standards, and brand.
Your Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong graphic/visual design skills, including screen layout, composition, typography, color theory, illustration, and iconography
- Experience working with multiple stylistic approaches
CONTRACT POSITION - 6 MONTHS
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The hourly pay ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the hourly pay range for your specific location.
The hourly pay ranges represent in good faith what applicants can expect to be paid for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
HOURLY PAY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $35 - $45
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $35 - $45
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $35 - $45
• Jersey City, NJ:
º $35 - $45
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $35 - $45
