Job Description
In a context of growth, we are looking for an executive assistant directly attached to the Managing Director of the studio. Your goal will be to make his daily life easier and save him time.
Your main tasks will be:
- Planning management. This implies a good knowledge of the priorities and challenges of the MD Organize appointments and meetings, propose new arrangements, prioritize meetings, follow up with interlocutors ·
- Make the retro planning of the planned meetings, reallocate the pending and outstanding subjects
- Provide support for the preparation (and follow-up) of meetings: power point presentations, information emails,...
- Logistical support: meeting rooms and IT equipment reservations, meal orders, reception of visitors from other entities (directors, counterparts, etc.), testing of the installation before the start of important meetings, etc.
- Preparation of the business trips for the Studio Director and his N-1s (travel, hotels) Facilitate communication: draft emails, etc.
- Management of expense reports and letters addressed to him
Qualifications
- You have a firts experience in management and / or communication assistantship, or project coordination, imperatively in an international environment.
- You are recognized for your interpersonal and communication skills.
- For this position, we will be particularly sensitive to your rigour, your sense of organization, your writing quality in French and English, your autonomy, as well as your assertiveness.
- You have a keen sense of confidentiality and service.
- You have a perfect command of office tools (Word, excel, and powerpoint).
- You have a real interest in the Entertainment sector and/or new technologies.
- A fluent level of English is essential
