Fearless and flexible: ambiguity, risk and unknown challenges don’t paralyze you with fear, but galvanize your resolve to get any job done; you’re ready to tackle any challenge
Player-focused: ideally a gamer yourself, you understand and appreciate that people require an environment where they can thrive, free of red tape and hurdles, you embrace the eccentricities of gamer-types and don’t mind dodging the occasional foam projectile in the hallway
Responsibilities:

- Liaise with others to handle communication flow between teams; donning white gloves to handle sensitive info, maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy
Please Note:
While these qualities outline the kind of applicant we're looking for, they aren't strict requirements.
- Project Management Coordination: Your project management skills are strong, you are flexible and resourceful enough to make things happen through people internally or externally and meeting tight deadlines are never a Mission-Impossible to you
- Collaboration: you enjoy collaborating and commingling with people from a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds; you communicate easily using whatever medium is required whether email, phone or mind-meld
- Operational multi-tasking: your attention to detail and organizational skills help you juggle multiple assignments, while your understanding of which tasks deserve your immediate attention helps you prioritize under tight deadlines
- Highly Adaptable: you recognize that situations change and complications arise, and you're ok with that; you're coolly flexible and able to handle whatever comes your way, moving seamlessly from one administrative scenario to the next
- Self-Starter Mentality: you can identify the holes in an operation and take timely action to deliver solutions with limited direction
- Detail-oriented organization: nothing gets past you and your eye for detail as you navigate each campaign with a plan for success
Skills:
- You have minimum 4 years xp in a similar executive support environment or start-up
- You're extremely good at managing time and schedule so effectively some think you have a double; you're able to schedule yourself, leadership, external vendors, and everything in between
- Your emails and calendars are sorted and color-coded to ensure that tasks aren’t just completed, they’re obliterated
- Able to deftly transition to changes in direction when priorities shift, staying focused on the most relevant project and evolving to get it done
- Familiarity with agile methodologies like Kanban and Scrum will put you ahead of the curve
- Not only do you complete assigned projects efficiently and effectively, you also anticipate team needs that haven’t yet been voiced
- You enjoy collaborating and commingling with people from a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds
- You communicate easily using whatever medium is required whether email, Slack, phone, or mind-meld
- You convey your thoughts with ease and transparency, whether you're writing an email, giving a presentation, talking with senior leaders or individual contributors on a variety of teams — all while keeping focus on across the broad range of audiences you engage
- You take pride in your work, and view each new problem as an opportunity for success; you approach challenges methodically, sparking discussions as you work towards prioritizing and ideating possible solutions
- Curious, opportunistic
