GSN Games is looking for an Executive Team Assistant to join our team in Boston!
What You'll Do:
GSN is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking and self-motivated individual to support a global team of executives. This role requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams. The Executive Team Assistant will act as a seamless extension of the executives supported and will work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization, as well as his/her manager, the Global Facilities Manager.
This role will also be responsible for working with team members to execute company wide global and local events. This includes off site meetings/retreats ranging in size and duration.
This candidate must be experienced in supporting executives in different time zones and will be headquartered in the Boston office. This individual must be able to function effectively in a variety of roles within a dynamic environment under minimum supervision.
This candidate will also work with peers on activities that support facilities, finance, HR, recruiting, and all other departments.
You Will:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Calendar, travel and expense management
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, both locally and globally
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Interact with external vendors and partners
- Available off hours to support time sensitive and/or high priority tasks
About You:
- Minimum of 5 years experience providing support for high level executives
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing global offsites of 60+ attendees
- Competent in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and BlueJeans (or similar video conferencing tool)
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
