We are looking for an Executive Studio Assistant for our Los Angeles, California studio.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Executive Assistant Accountabilities
- Manage the schedules and communications of key executives at Kabam
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence
- Keep important information and documents organized physically and electronically; filing important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters
- Keep the executive’s calendar up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments and providing daily briefings
- Prepare expense reports
- Act as the liaison for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customers
- Conduct research and create reports on various topics based on the needs of the executive
- Plan and organize events that take place externally, such as fundraisers, sporting tournaments, and appreciation events
- Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Studio Assistant Accountabilities:
- Support studio and teams with various administrative tasks (front desk, redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, etc.)
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
- Deal with customer complaints or issues
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Assist in vendor relationship management
- Arrange catering for teams as needed
- Ensure the overall office environment is in order so everyone (including you!) can continue the awesomeness that happens within these walls
- Assist in planning and set-up of company events
- General office upkeep of meeting rooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Other ad-hoc tasks that emerge
Your background includes:
- 5+ years of experience in studio coordination, executive or administrative assistant or equivalent role
- Experiencing managing calendars and scheduling meetings
- Proficiency with using G Suite, Slack, and Zoom
- An approachable and positive nature with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to streamline processes, and openness to suggest improvements
- Discretion and a high level of professionalism
- Good judgment and a sense of initiative
- Good priority management and ability to keep deadlines

For candidates located in California, the salary range for this position is $67,800 to $101,600. The salary of the successful candidate will vary within this range based on their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
