Main Responsibilities:
- As part of our leadership team, partner closely with Zynga, NaturalMotion and BossAlien studio leaders and teams to establish, maintain, communicate and execute the launch of a new Star Wars title.
- Develop Product Plans and Processes. Build and execute product roadmaps and development plans, deploy best-in-class processes, and innovate in software development. Proactively identify, prioritize, triage and resolve development issues as they arise, in consultation with other subject area leaders in the studio.
- Predictable Delivery. Ensure technology, features, and updates for the game, translate agreed strategies into effective and achievable tactics.
- Build and mentor an Austin production team. You will have a fluid and sophisticated understanding of a wide range of leadership, management, communication, and production practices, optimizing engagement, efficiency, and quality in your team, whilst instilling it with our global culture and values.
- Ensure clear communication upwards to the NaturalMotion executive team and outwards to the rest of the business.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- +8 yrs of experience leading and guiding multi-discipline teams through all stages of development with at least 2 games shipped as Executive Producer, Director of Product Development, or Game Director. Console or PC experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of and proficiency in the game development process. Understands the ins and outs of game development from concept through live operations.
- Strong experience working within Agile methodologies.
- Experience with various project management tools. Jira a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving skills, along with a keen attention to detail.
