We’re looking to add to our Production Department with an experienced Producer who is interested in project ownership and autonomy at our growing startup. This person lives and breathes quality, innovation, and drive, and is great at prioritization.
You are:

- An organized problem solver:
- You don’t just identify problems, but come up with and execute creative solutions to overcome them.
- Proactive and collaborative:
- You know that the best work comes from a team who trusts and respects each other. You strive to collaborate with others and don’t care whose ideas win. Best ideas win.
- Curious:
- You investigate, assess and delve into the technical and emotional side of project management equally.
- An autodidact:
- Nobody has all the answers, but you know how to go looking for & find them.
- A lover of games and game production:
- You care about the past, present, and future of the industry, drawing inspiration and ideas from projects of differing genres, mechanics, budgets and team sizes. Needless to say, you voraciously play the game you are currently working on.
You will:
- Manage internal and external teams across multiple locations to meet production schedules and deliver the project to quality, time and budget expectations
- Support the Directors team in the maintenance of a coherent creative vision throughout the entire development life cycle
- Work closely with Producers to develop product budgets and schedules across the team
- Partner with the CEO to ensure core development processes are adhered to with consistency
- Mentor producers at all levels of the team, taking a keen interest in their growth and career development
- Ensure that coherent goals are set for the team from milestone to milestone, and that they are understood and executed upon
- Coordinate and assist with marketing, sales, focus testing, outsourcing and other external parties as required
- Travel, both domestic and international, may be required
You have:
- Shipped at least one game in a Senior Production role
- A minimum of 10 years Production experience
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with remote teams
- Shipped a game on Unreal Engine 4
- Experience with AAA production practices
