This is what Executive Producers at next Games gets to do

• Owns the vision and high-level feature-set for the game and ensures execution accordingly by effectively utilizing talent in-house and externally
• Understands and analyzes competing products in the market & trends amongst the target audience
• Leads, makes decisions and inspires the team
• Supports and empowers all team members in creation and execution of plans
• Creates the best team for the project and adapts it to the relevant product lifecycle needs. Hires necessary people and proactively plans & budgets for future needs
• Together with discipline leads owns the roadmap and live-operations plans for the game
• Ensures the project is completed on time, within budget and up to quality standards both creatively and technically

This is what we’d like you to have

• Business leadership - ability to lead the product as a business. Experience in leading a F2P mobile game in live, or managing/leading a business aspect of a mobile F2P title
• People leadership - ability to lead a multi-discipline team, preferably in a diverse, multicultural environment. EP’s at Next Games are humble, but ambitious and result oriented leaders. The core game team reports to the EP, but sourcing support and facilitating alignment across disciplines is essential.
• Basic understanding of scrum and agile development methodologies.
• Experience and understanding of tracking and steering mobile game product KPI’s
• Fluent in English with excellent written & verbal communication skills including negotiation and presentation skills
• Preferably a business degree or equivalent experience of running a business i.e. basic P&L understanding
