As a Executive Producer you are a visionary and product leader in the zone of producing games that push the envelope, generating nothing less than surprise and delight in his/her/they dedicated fan base. At KIXEYE, you’ll manage a team of passionate product managers, analysts, engineers, artists, QA and game support who will look to you to lead them into the next frontier in social games.
What you get to do:
- You are the day-to-day game leader, decision maker, owning the vision and the strategy for the game - fostering a culture of analytical driven design decisions
- You are accountable for the commercial performance of 1 or more games
- Partner with all necessary craft departments (i.e. studio level Creative Director, Art Director, Game Design, Player Support, QA, Analysts and Tech Direction) and other stakeholders to facilitate execution of projects and materials in a professional and player-centric manner
- Lead, motivate and creating a fun work environment for the game team, keeping continuous focus on achieving goals and objectives
- Develop a team with modern production processes, driving and inspiring them to the highest standards and their greatest work
- Be player and product focused, own the quality of the user experience
- Develop opportunities that grow revenue, reach and engagement, while identifying weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities
- Pitch ideas, drive an aspiring product vision, while upholding the overall trajectory of the project and a high degree of quality for all deliverables
- Regularly monitor, report and present on key development activities, roadmap, KPIs, quality, performance - keeping all key stakeholders informed of product status and overall game health.
- Identify, mitigate organizational and financial risks
- Develop strong relationships to establish and maintain a reliable and timely flow of information and materials to all parties as necessary
- Identifies, establishes and optimize development pipelines to ensure timely delivery of content, assets and create an environment of continuous improvement
- Lead engineers, artists, and all-around game support in the creation of new titles for the social gaming platform
- Collaborate with Engineering, Program and Art Leads to produce efficient, fiscally responsible project plan
- Get “hands dirty” by assisting department leads with creative and technical elements as necessary
- Respond quickly to industry trends and user experience to maximize monetization
- Personnel Management
- Provide annual evaluations for direct reports and provide measurable growth goals
- Mentor and develop key project management areas of scheduling, budget, quality, communication and time management while motivating and guiding the senior management team
- Contribute to the evolution of KIXEYE Games production and organizational management structure
What you bring to the role:
- BS or equivalent experience with several years experience supervising product development, leading teams in the video game or internet industry
- Experience as a Senior Producer, Senior Product Manager, or other Development Leader
- Able to own the entire development process from software to project to performance
- Experience and understanding producing games, features, its facets and live service operations
- Experience managing teams and meeting project deadlines
- Able to mediate between all departments and personnel
- Incredibly self-motivated and driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Passion for gaming, especially social gaming and RTS games
