Executive Producer-Technology

Epic Games seeks Executive Producer - Technology to work in our Cary, NC studio. They will be responsible for leading Unreal Engine product delivery through high quality software releases

that are impactful for licensees across all industries.

Responsibilities :

• Work with Engine stakeholders to create, maintain and communicate a product roadmap based on goals and priorities, including technical management of Customer Support, Product Management, Project Management, Release Management, QA
• Improve engineering operations by proposing and executing strategic directives in conjunction with key stakeholders
• Lead market research efforts and seek to understand and represent customer needs
• Define and measure key metrics related to Engine user patterns
• Lead new technology initiatives through the incubation phase for Engine, and games R&D
• Generate, manage, and interpret analytics reports using sophisticated parameters after establishing metrics which will form the basis of enhancements and capabilities of the Engine, its evolution, and opportunities to expand commercial licensee base.

Qualification Requirements : Bachelor of science degree in CS, Engineering, or closely related degree from an accredited university in the U.S., or its foreign equivalent

Five years of post-degree progressive professional experience with the following:

• Managing projects or teams focused on middleware, content development tools, or game engine technology;
• Managing large development teams consisting of 20 or more;
• Product management experience in the field of 3D content creation or game engine technology;
• Working within pipeline and/or tools development in games, VFX, or CAD;
• Establishing and executing project communication plans.
