As an Executive Producer you’ll combine your expertise at leading multifaceted and complex video game projects to manage a large cross-functional team to create a compelling interactive metaverse experience. You will have a key roll in building and leading an experienced team responsible for designing, developing, and delivering on a "Triple-A" quality game within a highly competitive market.
What you’ll be doing
- Use your knowledge of video game production to lead and collaborate with other senior project leaders in project planning and execution
- Oversee and direct teams responsible for the delivery of feature sets within a game project
- Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize, schedule, and scope the project to meet delivery requirements as well as time and budgetary constraints
- Manage resource requirements, establish dependencies and balance priorities
- Mentor, coach and support other team members
What we’re looking for
- Several years experience working as an Executive Producer or Senior Video Game Producer on large scale video game projects
- Experience producing games that have been released on platforms such as Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, iOS, Android or others
- Ability to lead effectively within a dynamic, cross-discipline, and iterative team environment
- Create compelling presentations using written documents, slide decks, and working software to sell the project vision to clients, internal partners, and the team
- Excellent communicator with strong verbal, visual, and written skills in both Korean and English
You might also have
- A diploma or degree from a recognized Video Game College or related field
- A degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field
- Founded and run your own company or been a senior manager at a large established video game company
