Executive Producer [Anno Brand] (f/m/d)

Anno is a critically acclaimed and award-winning franchise, offering a rich city-building experience and providing players ample opportunity to create huge metropolises, plan efficient logistics networks, explore and settle new lands and dominate their opponents by diplomacy, trade or warfare.

As the Executive Producer for the Anno brand, you will be responsible for the strategic overview of all Anno products developed within our studio. Being part of Ubisoft Mainz’s leadership team, you help us enrich the brand and deliver a multitude of projects on time and budget without sacrificing quality.

Combining your strengths as a strategic thinker and empathetic people manager, you motivate, drive, and enable Anno’s core team in their realization of the brand’s vision and products. You build strong relationships with strategic stakeholders both within and outside of Ubisoft, collaborate closely with Studio Management as well as the Operations teams and have a highly visible impact on growing the Anno brand into a worldwide premier empire builder franchise.

What you will do:

• Manage a team of 4-6 professionals (Producers, Creative Director, Brand Manager and others) responsible for the development life cycle of several Anno products
• Guide and motivate Anno’s core team in their handling of key areas such as scheduling, budget, quality, communication and brand development
• Collaborate with Studio Management, Production as well as external partners, ensuring each project’s progress towards excellence and successful completion
• Enhance relationships with internal departments both on a studio and HQ level, including Executive Management, Sales, Marketing and Operations
• Identify and promote efficient and innovative solutions to increase profitability, quality and brand recognition

Qualifications

What you bring:

• 10+ years of experience producing console and PC games from conception to release
• Superb understanding of game production
• Extensive experience as a Senior Producer for a major title
• Fully produced at least 2 large team games (PC or Console)
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strategic thinker, who is highly organized and analytical in decision making
• Empathetic people manager
• Ambitious but down to earth attitude while striving for excellence

* Knowledge of Brand Marketing is a big plus
* Experience with strategy games is a plus
