Your Mission

Activision Blizzard is seeking an Executive Assistant for its Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer, Kristen Hines. Kristen works with the company’s leadership team and its Employee Resource Groups to strengthen work underway and to implement programs and policies that foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace environment. She also partners across all gaming teams to ensure diverse and inclusive perspectives are included in game design, including storylines, character development, gameplay, and community interaction.

The role is highly visible in the organization and requires an individual who is well organized, compassionate, responsive, discreet and thorough. Priorities can often change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
