Duties and Responsibilities

- Comprehensive Understanding: You will be in the room for conversations ranging from business operations to sales to marketing to finance to production to HR. You need to understand the core functions of business to ensure priorities are on target.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to manage projects and liaise across a multi-functional global organization keeping priorities in clear focus.
- Business Analytics: Ability to translate data into clear learnings and strategic action plans that can generate a positive impact on business results.
- Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication: Decipher and summarize content to highlight the top line message and action points, and present key insights to all levels.
- Empathy: Demonstrating cultural awareness and understanding of regional commonalities and differences with the flexibility to work with international time zones.
- Adaptability: Ability to switch gears when required.

- You are confident representing the COO as a lead point of contact for cross-functional project contributors, closely tracking all project timelines, troubleshooting and communicating complex issues as they arise.
- You are an exceptional communicator – able to share thoughts, ideas, and instructions to people from all walks of life. You listen to understand, and speak to be understood.
- You value each team member and understand how they contribute to the overall goal.
- You have direct experience working in or with multinational organization.
- Tech-savvy. You know the latest tools to help optimize yours and the COO’s performance.
- Authentic. You are confident in who you are, and believe in honest, candid, and constructive conversations to move things forward positively.
- Comfortable in a demanding role that requires high volume of work with unfaltering quality output.
- You love it when a plan comes together.
