Executive Assistant to Chief People Officer

The Executive Assistant reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO) will support the CPO at Riot Games as a strategist, consultant, and implementer. You will partner with the CPO’s Chief of Staff to ensure that streamlined activities within the organization based on the priorities of the CPO are met and help support important goals. The Executive Assistant will also handle the daily management of complex work-flows, including: relationship management, schedule oversight, internal People team communications, logistical planning for meetings, heavy calendaring and coordination of travel, essential business matters and strategic projects; crafting necessary communications to partners on behalf of the CPO; and identifying situations that could affect the successful execution of the CPO’s commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Be a gatekeeper and partner with other Rioters to handle communication flow between teams; donning white gloves to handle confidential info and ensure data accuracy
- Develop an understanding of the CPO and Sr. Leadership’s priorities and commitments to ensure the CPO’s productivity daily
- Help manage team health by creating initial drafts of People team communications, maintaining communication channels, and developing town hall agendas to ensure understanding and build morale
- Design presentations and reports that intrigue and inform
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Experience having absolute discretion when dealing with sensitive information
- Organizational agility with executive and business acumen
- Strong sense of initiative and drive to solve problems
- Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
- Results/action oriented with project management and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications:
- B.A degree preferred
- Google Suite expert
