The Executive Assistant directly supports our CEO in a fast-paced environment where technology and entertainment merge. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO’s day-to-day calendar, be able to work under pressure, and have the willingness to go above and beyond their outlined duties.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s daily calendar, phone calls, expense reports, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks while being prepared for shifting priorities
- Facilitate and organize regular internal and external meetings while providing meeting materials and information as requested
- Support the running of the Office of the CEO as it relates to the wider organization; organizing documents, taking meeting notes, ensuring follow-ups as assigned, etc.
- Continually communicate and provide the CEO with the most up-to-date information regarding each day’s priorities
- Participate in highly confidential discussions and handle all confidential documents and information with appropriate care
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 5 to 7 years relevant work experience supporting senior level leaders in a complex, dynamic and fast-paced environment with little supervision.
- Ability to confidently interface with executive-level contacts inside and outside the company.
- Proven ability to independently exercise sound judgment, prioritize appropriately, respect for confidentiality and discretion to properly handle highly sensitive information.
- Capable of building strong relationships with a diverse group of colleagues across various time zones.
- High degree of flexibility and adaptability; including the ability to work outside of regular business hours
- Proven proficiency using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Outstanding planning & organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
